  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be credited to the original payment method within five (5) business days.
  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
  • Items marked as gifts and returned will be issued a gift credit.

9. Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 4–7 business days. Shipping may take up to 28 days depending on product availability and carrier delays.

All shipments valued over $1,000 require a signature upon delivery. Insurance is included on all packages; however, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages resulting from customer delivery instructions (e.g., “leave at front door” or with a neighbor).

If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit and a claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, reship the item or issue a refund.

Important: Our liability ends once the package is delivered and signed for at the shipping address provided. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

10. Returns Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for any item over $50. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.

11. Legal & Limitation of Liability
